Best brek after a morning run

Treated myself to an early morning 10miler on a new mostly off road route round Greatford, the fresh air smelled wonderful and I felt smug running before most other people were awake. Great to get a 10 miler out of the way at the beginning of the day.

Saw some new sights. I really like tractors, or any kind of interesting machinery, so this retro pink and purple one hiding amongst its big brothers was a cool spot!

Then the best thing about this run was that I did it before breakfast as a sort of, ‘maybe this will burn more fat’ type of slow steady paced run, so my stomach was gurgling all the way round because I was promising it the best breakfast ever after a 10 mile morning run: porridge made with Almond milk, with mashed banana, tumeric and fresh ginger for less inflamation, cinamon and nutmeg to give it a Christmassy feel and disguise the tumeric taste which I hate!
